Photochallenge.org's 2009 daily challenge #162, road.
I first tonemapped this in Photomatix, but wasn't thrilled with the results so I dumped the psuedo-hdr image into Tiffen Dfx and found a black and white filter I liked, brought it back into Aperture and further increased the contrast and definition.
